Agent's contact details

I started singing lessons when I was fifteen, going on to take grade 8 with distinction when I was seventeen.  I studied singing with Chris Teuton at the University of Exeter, gaining ATCL in singing, and taking masterclasses with baritone Jonathan Veira and soprano Evelyn Tubb.  More recently, I have been privileged to work with international tenor James Gilchrist, studying with him for three years.
I started studying recorders when I was eighteen and flutes when I was twenty-five, covering the full range of sizes and learning specialist historical techniques for baroque and renaissance instruments.  I extended my studies beyond grade 8 in both instruments with Jonathan Morgan of the Gloucestershire-based Corelli Orchestra.
I perform as a singer and multi-instrumentalist with The Greenwood Consort and co-direct the amateur ensemble Recorders@Plymouth.
During my 15 year career as an English teacher, I was also closely involved with the music departments where I worked, teaching singing, recorder and flute from 7 year-old beginners to 18 year-olds working on grade 8 and ATCL, as well as adult students.  Private music teaching is now my main career.
