Document Title 1

Piano
I have twenty years experience teaching from beginner level to grade 8. I am an examiner for the ABRSM and East London representative for the European Piano Teachers Association and also author of a popular scale tutor, Scale Shapes, published by Chester Music.

Organ
I have had extensive experience teaching from beginners to FRCO level and I have also taught for the Royal College of Organists Academy. The three-manual tracker organ at St Mary's, Woodford can be used for practice.

Special Studies
I am also an experienced teacher of music theory, especially for ABRSM theory exams and RCO diploma paperwork exams. I also have occasional composition students.

As a composer I have had many commissions, performances and broadcasts, including a symphony commissioned for the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. My doctorate in music is from Manchester University.
